Jaberson Conseil and Jaberson Avocats are two distinct entities. Our consultants integrate naturally with your existing teams and partners: lawyers, chartered accountants, M&A advisors, etc. You remain totally free to work with your usual advisors.

We are based out of France, can you still assist us?

Yes. For day-to-day operations, our consultants use digital tools, enabling our clients to collaborate remotely with confidence. We currently support companies located in France, Europe and beyond.
